Michael is the Managing Director and heart and soul of Slade Industries. bringing more than 41 years of industry experience across a broad range of sectors including Oil & Gas, petroleum refining, chemical processing, power generation, water and wastewater, mining, and pulp and paper.

As General Manager, Daniel is responsible for supporting and driving the growth of Slade Industries through the implementation of the Board of Directors’ Strategic Change Management Plan, with a focus on operational excellence, sustainable expansion, and long-term value creation.

As the Electrical Services Manager, Steve has successfully managed projects in various process sectors and multiple complex critical infrastructure such as petrochemical refineries, LNG plants, water treatment facilities, and ammonium nitrate plants.
