Slade Industries played a key role in the Moomba Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) Project for Santos, collaborating with Downer on this critical environmental initiative.
The scope included the installation, pre commissioning & commissioning of essential infrastructure to support the carbon capture and storage operations at the Moomba site. Our involvement covered the fabrication, installation, and commissioning of various components required for the CCS system, including specialized piping, electrical, and instrumentation systems. The project aimed to reduce carbon emissions and enhance the sustainability of Santos’ operations, in line with their commitment to environmental stewardship and carbon reduction.
Throughout the project, Slade Industries worked closely with Santos and Downer to ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The successful completion of this project underscores our ability to deliver complex and environmentally impactful solutions within the oil and gas industry.
