Scope of Works:
Slade Industries worked alongside Valmec/Altrad to support Origin Energy with their Engine Swing Campaigns, a critical project aimed at maintaining and optimizing the performance of Origin Energy’s operational assets. Involved the strategic planning and execution of engine swings, ensuring that all components were serviced, tested, and replaced as necessary to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
The scope of the project included disassembling, inspecting, and reassembling engine components, along with conducting essential repairs and replacements as part of a proactive maintenance strategy. Slade Industries’ role was to deliver high-quality mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation support throughout the campaign, ensuring seamless integration with Origin Energy’s existing systems.
Throughout the project, Slade Industries worked closely with both Origin Energy and Valmec/Altrad to ensure the work was carried out safely, on schedule, and within budget. The successful completion of the Engine Swing Campaigns demonstrated Slade Industries’ ability to deliver critical support in high-demand, operational environments.
